Around here, BOSS doesn’t just mean “the one in charge.” I’m an ops specialist who loves building systems that take the stress out of running a business, lighten your workload, and give you more freedom to focus on what matters most.

Systems Nerd

During my working hours, I’m your go-to systems nerd — obsessed with helping service-based founders find clarity and flow behind the scenes.

The rest of the time, I’m just me — prioritizing time with friends and family, creating ice-dyed tie dye (a hobby turned small biz), and co-creating content for Rolling With the Morgans, where my husband and I are currently building out our dream: a 20-inch roof-raised school bus that will be our remote home on wheels and my mobile office. This way, we can travel with our girls and visit the people we love most — all across the US!

But let’s be real: as much as I love my creative projects — and being a mom and loving partner — sadly, those don’t pay the bills.

Finding My True Calling

After years of refining other people’s systems and helping their businesses thrive, I realized I needed to do the same for myself — to build something flexible, meaningful, and aligned with the life my family and I are working toward.

Building Something Meaningful

My experience includes working with solo entrepreneurs and women-led startups that grew to 7 figures in just three years, all with the support of my operational systems and guidance.

I’m excited to continue partnering with other badass lady bosses and value-led, service-based founders—helping free up their time from backend and admin work so they can prioritize their true “boss duties” and, more importantly, have more time to be fully present in their lives outside of work.
