Dream Ops Partner
Lately, I’ve been talking with friends about what I do and how BOSS is going. And even after 8 months of being fully operational, helping clients who I absolutely love, I still find that I don’t always know how to explain what I do. I just know that “business operations consultant” or “executive assistant” feels too generic and not true to the role I’ve created.
I even joke that I’d rather hire my business coach and friend to pitch BOSS to others. She’s worked with me for years and has referred me to several of my core clients. She understands me. She trusts me with multiple of her businesses. She knows firsthand the value that hiring me can bring — not only to your business, but to your personal life as well.
Because when you bring in the right support, you don’t just gain help in your business. You gain time, money, and mental space. But most businesses don’t know that I exist. They know they need support but aren’t even sure where to look or what to Google.
So sitting here drinking my morning coffee, I started thinking more about it.
How do I fully explain what I love to do? And how can I find more business owners and creative entrepreneurs who are making money but know their operations are messy and need help?
So I figured I’d start there — with my ideal client.
I work with creative entrepreneurs and small business owners who feel overwhelmed by the operational side of their business. They’re passionate about the services they provide, but drained by running the business itself. They know their operations are messy and overwhelming, but feel like there isn’t enough time to actually implement the changes they know they need.
They need someone who can get things done correctly and with care.
My clients aren’t lazy.
They’re overextended.
And those are exactly the kind of people I love helping.
I’ve partnered with group practices, wellness providers, organic markets, and even a farmstead and creamery. Across all of these businesses, the owners are wearing too many hats and constantly busy. They have clients of their own and are making money, but behind the scenes things feel messy, heavy, and unsustainable.
The thing they all share in common?
They need more time.
More breathing room to organize the chaos that is the backend of the business they care so deeply about. They want to feel like they aren’t carrying the business alone anymore. They need a partner who understands their standards and someone they can trust.
Every business owner and entrepreneur eventually needs an operations partner on their team.
I am that person — your dream ops partner.
When people hire BOSS on a monthly retainer, I listen to their vision, identify operational gaps, design systems, and organize processes. Together we implement improvements, manage execution, and turn operational chaos into structure.
And more importantly, we build systems and processes that allow your business to thrive — even when you need to step away.
You can finally take that dream vacation that never felt realistic. You can put more of your energy back into the services and clients you love. Your team and operations become more supported.
Maybe that’s the simplest way to explain what I do.
I help business owners who are carrying too much bring structure to the parts of their business that feel messy and overwhelming. I step in as the operations partner they didn’t know they needed — someone who listens, organizes, builds systems, and helps the business actually run the way they always hoped it could.
And more often than not, when everything starts to feel lighter and more manageable, my clients tell me the same thing.
They wish we had met sooner.
